Description

  • Drafting memos and corporate documents in the context of corporate reorganizations, etc.;
  • Conducting tax and legal research;
  • Reviewing transactional, corporate, and tax documentation;

Required qualities

  • Member of the Québec Bar or in the process of becoming one;
  • Master’s degree/diploma in Taxation or 1 to 2 years of tax experience;
  • Experience in corporate and business law considered an asset;
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to work in a team;
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
  • Bilingualism considered an asset.
