A member of the Québec Bar since 1997, Me Alexandre Jarry holds a Bachelor of Civil Laws (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa and is a Counsel of JGW Business and Tax Law Inc. Throughout the years, Me Jarry played a leading role in various important business transactions, such as corporate tax planning, purchase and sale of shares, financing and securities.
